Heald, president of Illinois Institute of Technology 1940-1952, chancellor of New York University 1952-1956, and president/trustee of the Ford Foundation 1956-1965, for whom Armsey worked at each of these institutions; consisting of speeches written by Armsey and delivered by Heald, reports, proposals, and memoranda, 1946-1958.
